For his steadfast representation of irrigation interests, Bob was honored with the Headgate Award at the 2005 Four States Irrigation Council conference.

Our hearts ache for you and your great loss.
God will definitely show you the way to smiling again. I hope in the days to come you can remember all the good times you shared with your father and all the love he gave you throughout the years. He is not gone. I know he will be watching over you forever.

Condolences to the Andrews family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to your whole family. Psalms 147:3 says God, "heals the broken hearted, and binds up their wounds." May God bring you comfort and peace.
